Dr. Ben Stout, (RIP) Master Degree on Forestry from Harvard, Ph.D. from Rutgers, former Dean of the School of Forestry at the U. of Montana. Ben served as the first chair on the Oregon Hatchery Research Center's Advisory Board, and was a great resource on issues regarding forest practices and fish. He passed away in 2007 and will be dearly missed.
